👋! My name is Heather Wilson

As someone who’s been through plenty of “I need to get it together” periods, I know all too well the struggles that come with trying to get healthy.

I know all the excuses, justifications, and negative thoughts.

I also know what it’s like to be inspired and supported by a coach who asks questions we don’t know to ask, offers new strategies to try, and provides the clarity we’re lacking.

That’s why I do what I do.

I started AGT Wellness to be that kind of coach for people.

I take my background and experience in mental health, combine it with my training in fitness and nutrition, and help people just like you feel better and live better.

I work with my clients to figure out what’s been holding them back from being who they want to be and doing what they want to do.

Together, through conversation and practice, we develop solutions that fit into their lives (instead of the other way around). And all along the way, I provide information when they need it and inspiration when they lack it.
